Rosalba Saenz

Rosalba Saenz is a mother of three children, grandmother of three grandchildren and wife of Roberto Saenz, for 40 years.

She is always looking for a way to be able to connect with the community and volunteer with organizations that will make lasting impacts in people’s lives.  In her field of marketing and having been a prior owner of a home health / hospice business, she was able to help individuals with specific needs, which brought her much gratification.

She traveled throughout the United States with Congressman Silvestre Reyes from El Paso, Texas to raise campaign funds, organize events, and worked with the local and state community leaders.

She worked in a “Trolley” travel business that transported people internationally.  While working in the trolley transportation, she interacted with hotel marketing directors daily to improve their tourism and advertising.

She also has experience working in the oil and gas industry as the head of personnel and managing over 500 employees along with working closely with the industry’s human resource department. She implemented policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all employees and was responsible for addressing, weekly, all incidents and financial reports to the company’s vice president.

Lastly, she enjoys traveling, hiking, bicycling, and volunteering at my local church and church retreats.
